They're fated

My Review:  Pretty in Black for me was a good book. I enjoyed it alot. The story line was great and you could feel the chemistry with the to main characters Ellie and Marcus. However.

Book one of the series did not live up to the intensity of the novels synopsis. Half of the novel is told from Ellie's head the other half is told from Marcus, I understood the novel a lot more from Marcus' head.
There were some parts of the novel that confused me and annoyed me.
There was a particular scene in the novel where things where revealed that reminded me of a movie i saw a few years back, just this one scene in the book reminded me of this movie, i wont mention the scene or the movie, i want to know if other people picked it up as well.
One thing that annoyed me in the book was Ellie's free range in to her best friends bar, there was never any statement saying that it was an underage bar or that she was getting in with a fake ID.
Towards the middle the story line is some what confusing but Hachton's brilliant talent kept me hooked long enough to understand everything i was supposed to in book one.
This was a good read and I recommend it to people who love YA
